Today's spotlight on Shakeology ingrediant


ACEROLA CHERRY — Acerola Cherry has one of the highest concentrations per gram of natural vitamin C in any fruit. Rich in vitamin A, magnesium, niacin, potassium, thiamine, iron and calcium. Traditional healers used the leaves to fight dysentery and diarrhea and liver issues, while the fruit was used for the treatment of colds and infections.
